By accessing or using Krystalite Networks (including our FiveM servers, Garry's Mod servers, forums, community platforms), you agree to the following Terms.
1. Use of Services
You agree to:Follow all server rules and staff instructions
Not exploit bugs, cheat, or disrupt gameplay
Not harass, abuse, or impersonate others
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations.
2. Donations & Payments
Krystalite Networks may offer optional donations for digital perks or benefits.Donations are voluntary and support server operations
All perks are digital, non-tangible goods
No Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable.
By donating, you agree not to file chargebacks or disputes. Doing so may result in a permanent ban.
3. FiveM Monetization Compliance
We follow FiveM / Cfx.re policies:Donations are not required to play
We do not sell pay-to-win advantages
Perks are designed to remain fair and compliant
We may adjust or remove perks at any time to maintain compliance.
4. Real Money Trading (RMT)
RMT is strictly prohibited.You may not:
Buy or sell accounts, items, or currency for real money
Trade server perks outside official systems
Violations may result in permanent bans without refund.
5. Virtual Content
All in-game perks, items, and ranks:Are licensed, not owned
May be modified or removed at any time
Have no real-world monetary value
6. Liability
Services are provided “as-is.”We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or in-game losses.
